Exhibition work runs on a hard deadline: the stand must be ready when the hall opens, and the build slot on site is often a single night. The engineering, trial assembly and finishing therefore have to be done before the stand ever reaches the venue.

We build custom stands, shell schemes, stages and backdrops, pop-up stores and photo-op installations — pre-assembled in the workshop, then dismantled, transported and rebuilt on site to a fixed programme.

Common questions

How early do we need to confirm a stand design?

Ideally several weeks before the show, and earlier for double-deck or complex structures. Late changes are possible but compress the trial-assembly slot, which is where most risk sits.

Do you handle organiser approval drawings?

Yes. We prepare and submit the structural drawings, electrical load data and insurance documentation the venue requires.
